For Asset Managers & Compliance Teams

Compliance monitoring that matches how each domain actually works.

Fire safety, electrical, generator maintenance, LEV, KPI reporting, each has its own language, response types and evidence requirements. Origin Zero runs structured audits and recurring checks that adapt to the discipline, every one auto-scheduled, locked on submission as a point-in-time record, and connected through question lineage so trend data survives template changes.

Sound familiar?

Questions a compliance lead shouldn't have to answer with a spreadsheet.

Why does fire safety, electrical, and generator maintenance all live in the same Yes/No template?

Real compliance is more nuanced than yes-or-no. Permissible with conditions, NAR (no attention required), specific dates, numeric readings: each domain needs its own vocabulary, not a one-size template.

We rewrote the template last quarter. Where did our trend data go?

When competing systems version a template, the link between old and new questions breaks. Twelve quarters of compliance history disappear overnight.

Can someone go back and 'correct' last quarter's compliance score?

Compliance scores submitted before a board meeting should be uneditable. Anything else is governance theatre.

See it live

One audit. Seven answer types. Full evidence trail.

Watch an asset manager open a fire safety template, work through questions using domain-specific answer types (Yes, No, N/A, Permissible, NAR, Date, Value Input), upload supporting evidence, save a draft, and submit. The compliance score locks the moment they hit submit.

Inside the audit engine

Six capabilities that make audits domain-accurate and time-proof.

Seven configurable answer types

Each question can enable any combination of Yes, No, N/A, Permissible, NAR, Date, and Value Input, with optional unit labels (£, hours, kW, %) and require-comment toggles per response. Industry standard is three. We give you seven.

Question lineage tracking

Every question has a permanent ID that survives template rewrites. When a question is reworded, split, merged, or replaced, the lineage record keeps trend data intact across versions. No competing platform offers this.

Domain-specific templates out of the box

17 property-level templates (Fire Safety, Electrical, Generators, LEV, Height at Work, and more) and 5 project-level templates (KPI Reporting, MSA Review, Safeguarding). Each pre-configured with the right answer types and risk levels.

Auto-scheduled recurrence

Templates know their cadence (monthly, quarterly, annual) and auto-generate the next instance the moment the current one is submitted. No manual rollover, no missed periods.

Immutable compliance scores

Scores lock at submission as a point-in-time record. The only way to edit is through a formal Unlock Request workflow approved by System Admin. The number you presented at the board meeting is the number that stays in the audit trail.

Per-question evidence and guidance

Upload photos, documents, certificates against any question. Collapsible guidance text helps field teams answer consistently. Risk level (High/Medium/Low) tagged per question for priority weighting.

What changes

When compliance is domain-accurate and time-proof.

Compliance trends survive template changes.

When the regulator updates RIDDOR or you refine your fire safety questions, you don’t lose history. The lineage chain follows the question through every version.

Auditors get domain-accurate data.

A "Permissible (within safe tolerance)" answer means something different from a "Yes". Structured response types give you data you can aggregate, score, and trend, not free-text workarounds.

Field teams move faster.

Auto-scheduling, draft saves, evidence drag-and-drop, and guidance tooltips remove the friction that makes compliance feel like paperwork.

Locked scores survive scrutiny.

Regulators, LPs, and external auditors ask whether this is the original number. Origin Zero’s immutable record means the answer is always yes, with the full unlock-request trail to prove it.

Compliance that travels with your portfolio.
